Our Story: From Sinajana to Tamuning

Every great journey begins with a vision. For Platinum Properties, that journey started in 2012 in Sinajana, when founder and Principal Broker Ronald Pangilinan set out to build a real estate brokerage with room to grow, a culture that inspires, and a commitment to making a difference in the local property market.

Over the years, that vision has evolved into a thriving brokerage with a growing presence across Guam. Today, Platinum Properties operates from Tamuning, continuing to build on the foundation established in Sinajana while embracing new opportunities and the evolving needs of Guam’s real estate community.
